Olyvia Smith
OLYVIA has a Bachelor of Science specializing in Kinesiology from Western University, and a Masters in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Olyvia is a classically trained osteopathic manual practitioner guided by the belief that the body has the ability to self-heal and self-regulate; and that through proper structural adjustment, nutrition and function can be re-established to areas of asymmetry and restriction of motion in the body, supporting any individual in flourishing in health and vitality. Olyvia recognizes the body’s need for regular healthy physical activity and movement to support tissue health and prioritizes living an active lifestyle outside of her professional work and education. She enjoys cooking and mixology as an outlet for creativity, and spending time in her garden and backyard orchard to keep active.
